Need advice on AK from AK aficionados

MY buddy is looking at a Norince AK-47 that has bayonet, bakelite furniture and a side folding stock.

The seller is asking for $1100.

It is my understanding that these will not be available even after AWB sunsets.

The condition is about 95%.

I would like your educated opinions on whether this is a good value and where you think the value will be after the AWB sunsets.

Norincos are under a different ban. The value of these will only continue to go up.

As long as everything on it is original (the stock) then it is an okay price but not great. There will be no more Chinese AK's imported here, so the value should go up.
