It's the only Styer I have, does it count?

The NATO .308 re-barrel makes it fun to shoot!

I tried a Styer pistol but found the Klingon sights a little goofy.

I'd say that counts!

I'm starting to think about a .308 rifle and considered rebarreling my VZ24.

As for the sights on the pistol, they are clearly a love-it-or-hate-it kinda thing ... I love the sights so much I'm thinking about buying a set to put on a non Steyr.

oops

FWIW- my gunsmith had a whole rack of these .308/7.62X51 Mausers for making custom hunting rifles. They looked GREAT after the chop & refinish and sold right quickly. I dropped the $150 for a nice 'as is' one. It shoots great and the 'NATO' stamping over the crest on the receiver is cool....................having been put there when the rifle was re-barreled.

I had a AUG back in the good old days (1985) but was not happy with the concept.
