Hello Guys and Gals, Again I come to the forum for input. I am pondering a 37 and a 36. I like the feel of the 37 and the 36 isnt bad either. The 21 and 30 are just too big for my hands. I was wondering if anyone carried a 37 CCW or off-duty. Is it comfortable in a IWB for several hours? All opinions appreciated. I know some people may have something to say about the 45 GAP round but from what I have seen it is very good for self defense and obviously LEO. I know of 2 Departments that have gone to it already. I will be working the G8 Summit for the next 8 days but I will have my laptop and can hopefully take time to check in on the forum. Thanks Ben

I've had the G37 on my hip in an OWB holster for 16 hours straight several days in a row and have been quite comfortable. The right holster (for you) will make a difference, of course, but I have found that weight and size are not a problem. Fits my hand perfectly... just like the G17.

Folks have been concealing G17's and G22's for years in an IWB holster, 1911's for even longer. Should be no problem concealing a G37.

My G 17 conceals fine in a Comp-tac C.T.A.C. , I am ordering the same holster for the G 37, just as soon as Comp-tac completes any design changes, [the G37 will fit a holster for the G 21, but slight changes "may" be made for the G 37 - I'm waiting to see] I also favor the Comp-tac Gurka. Both are IWB. The C.T.A.C. is very adjustable regarding various cants and elevation above your belt.

I have just ordered a Don Hume 720-OT for my 37. I will take the paddle off and wear it on a belt. I have found that the same holster for my 19 works very well for me. The 37 is a tad larger and heavier, but should conceal well under a jacket. Time will tell.
