View Full Version : PM9 Magazines?
I'd like to find at least a couple more 6 and/or 7 round Kahr factory magazines for my new PM9.
I've been looking around the various online sources and they seem to range in price from approx. $25 - $29 ea.
Any recommendations?

D&R Sports has them for $24.06. That's the best price I've seen for them and D&R is a good outfit to do business with.

Also watch the auction sights like fBay.com, www.gunbroker.com & www.auctionarms.com
I've found some super deals there on OEM Kahr mags!

Good luck with that one dmobrien2001! ;) The 6-round PM9/MK9 mag is the most coveted Kahr mag for sure! :)

You never REALLY know until ya try however... it certainly doesn't hurt to ask & you just never know either!
(If you want though, I’d be willing to trade you one of my 7-rounders for your 6-rounder… that way you can have a matching set! ;f)

I wonder why that is? I plan to carry my PM9 with the 6-rounder in the gun and one or two 7-rounders in my pocket as spares.
Maybe you all know something that I haven't considered.

Sent you a PM. Will that work in the MK9? I'll take it if it will.

I bit the bullet and paid high $ for another 6rd mag.
I don't carry a spare mag when I pack a pocket pistol, and I like the little flush fitting mag in this gun.
I've never understood why Kahr doesn't just put 2 6rd mags in the box.

I've got a 7-round factory Kahr PM/MK9 mag for sale here. (http://www.glocktalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=259051) Would also like to buy or trade for some factory 6-rounders.
Just for the record, I bought buellxb9rider's magazine (see above) for $22 shipped. I received it today. This was a smooth, satisfactory transaction and I would buy from him again.

Rather then spend $25 + for mags I bought some 8-round Promags from CDNN for range use. They were $10.99 each and they have all worked fine with no FTFs.
They worked in both a K9 and a PM9.
I'd use factory mags for carry though.
YMMV.

I just received my order for two 6 rounders. Took them a couple of weeks to fulfill order. Seems they were out of stock and had to be reordered from Kahr. Slow ordering, but there should be some there now.

Glad to hear they came through for you. Although I have bought other items with good results from D&R Sports in the past I got the idea to find good priced Kahr mags there from Michigun. ^c

Factory fresh, still sticky from the packing lube/wax/protectant!
I'm going to break them in today. Just picked up 9 50-round boxes of 115 grain Blazer! (I wont' shoot it all in one day :) )

I shoot in my backyard at steel swinging plate. My grass consumes both brass and aluminium shell, however, the aluminium seems to stay on top and remain visible longer. The brass sinks and disappears quickly into the lawn. :)

D&R has, right now, a great price on an M9093, the all-stainless version of my PM9094. I'm still waiting on a killer deal on the polished M9098.
If I had more mags, I'd probably melt my gun from overuse. This is one firearm I will "take it easy on", since it is billed as a self-defense handgun, not a target pistol, like my 1911, which can get 150 shots down the barrel as fast as I can keep my seven mags topped off.
