Dear ehornad,
You are correct.. still no .357.. I will once again pass on your suggestion to our upper
management. I guess they are not tired enough of hearing the requests.
Thanks again for the input.

After all this time, still no .357sig gun OR drop in barrel, aren't you getting tired of this same old request?

I had just begun looking on the net for a .357 Sig drop-in barrel for my new Kahr P40... I would DEFINITELY spend the bucks on a .357 barrel.
Latest from Barsto, $190 each with a quantity of ten 4" ss drop-in barrels and a sample K40. We still need to know if the P40 barrel is the same.

More from Kahr,
You have quite a following on your .357 "on slaught". I visit "the firing line"
website occassionally too and saw your "post". Honestly, right now there are no
plans for the .357 regardless of how many requests come in... And to answer your question, the barrels on the P series and K series are different and are not interchangable.
I appreciate your enthusiasm and support of our products.
Sincerely,

There you have it, Barsto is the only option and we'll need two different barrels, one for the P357 and one for the the K357. For those of you interested, we can have the slide changed to say K357.

I'm very interested in a .357 Sig barrel for my Kahr P40. Has anyone tried contacting Federal Arms? I am currently utilizing one of their 9mm barrels in my Glock 32 and am extremely satisfied.

A Kahr K357 could be called:
Secret Service backup, limited ed.
Secret Service off duty, limited ed.
Any other suggestions?

Sorry charlie but 357 sig in a thin backstrapoped gun like a Kahr would not be fun to shoot.
