Short story, new K40 Elite 2003, shot low by a foot at 7 yards. Called, emailed Kahr, no response, repeat same, no response, repeat same, response! Send it in. Wait five weeks, get gun back. Rear sight worked on a lot but looks like good work. Repaired gun sent with test target 5" group at 30 ft, all above the center line.
Oh and missed FedX delivery first time (WTF he showed up at 9:00 in the morning I was still asleep) Second day I was at a funeral so I left a note on the door, "FedX Man, I am at funeral down the road, if you see people outside, honk and I'll wave you down." Well, five minutes before the service is supposed to start I hear from the back, Hey, the FedX man is looking for you!, so I take off and run out and get my gun. All my relatives are saying "What was that all about?" Uh, well, computer parts, really important computer parts for uh, big job.
