Trying to get a bunch of Office users off of Outlook will be trying to pull teeth from a rabid tiger. grantglock 07-12-2004, 14:15 it would probably work better if you were to use the POP3 server instead of IMAP. I chose IMAP b/c we needed shared folders. The problem is that when you add IMAP accounts to outlook you still have the personal folders and can't get rid of them, it looks cluttered, I don't use Outlook I use Thunderbird but if i did this is what it would look like.
