Just picked up a Spring Loaded Target 9mm. Looks great, fit is good, very accurate, no malfuctions (after 300 initial rds.).

Trigger sucks!:steamed: It probably breaks @ 5-5.5 lbs. Overtravel is adjustable, but it has just enough creep to bother me:( !

Springfield, Inc. will do a trigger job, it will take 6-8 weeks!!
;6 I am not this patient.

Suggestions Welcome ;4

What do you think of this. I'm thinkin of ordering Cylinder & Slide's Super Match Trigger reduction kit:

I'll have a local 1911 smith install it (as I have no gunsmithing tools or knowledge, should minor fitting be required).

This way I have quality parts, and a minimum wait time.^5
Now, if I can only shake this 10mm bug that's bit^7

Thanks in advance,
Ramses II

I am very fussy about the trigger on my guns. All (yes, all) my pistols have been worked by the master, Teddy Jacobson of Actions by T in Sugar Land, TX.

Call Teddy and use me as a reference. Teddy tweaked my Springfield 1911A1 9MM a couple of years ago. I couldn't be happier.

A trigger job to a gunsmith is like an oil change to a mechanic.
Support your local smith.
He can do whatever you need with your existing trigger.

As long as he knows what he is doing, there are lots of self described gunsmiths that have no business working on a BB gun.
I like George Smith and Neil Keller. What part of the country are you in?
