Broke down my new OD 23 the other day and noticed that the slide has been milled at the front sight (on the inside) with a circular indention. Tis a G series pistola.
My old 23, my third gen. 19, and my 30 don't/didn't have that little circle cutout on them. As a matter of fact, my second gen. 23 had to be milled to accept the front Trijicon I had installed on it.
So is Glock Inc. doing this so that night sights can be installed a bit easier than before? Sorry if this has been covered before but I couldn't find anything on it on a search.
