i have a multimedia portable computer model 980 notebook that i picked up cheap. can anyone tell me anything about it or where i can get info about it. it has windows 2000 and came with a modem and ethernet cards. thanks for your help.

Anything else on the case to identify the brand?

If you right click on my computer and left click on properties you should get some general data about the processor and memory

it has a AMD-K6 3D processor AT/AT compatible
with 130,544 of RAM does not have any more marking on it. thanks
