What kind of shape was it in? I assume it was used. Was it a police trade in? Night sights?

New ones (3rd gen) run $499 new in Virginia, just bought mine last month. For only $150 more, you can get a new one. This amazes me that people pay 75% of retail for a USED gun.
Granted, a Glock is a pretty tough animal to hurt, but there are some idiots out there. What if they guy shot alot of Wolf or corrosive ammo in it just to save $2/box?
I would send the pistol into GlockMeister and for $20 they will fully disassemble and clean it, and call you with any problems they spot.

Assuming there are no problems it sounds good to me. $150.00 is worth it to me.

It's in pretty good condition. The bigest thing was dust. After cleaning out the bore (which was dirty) It look reaaly good. overall wear didnt look bad. There are 2 small scratches or blemishes on the slide, but ZERO corrosion anywhere.
I bet if you posted one for that price in the forsale section it would be sold within minutes.
I wouldn't pay someone $20 (plus shipping) to clean my glock for me. They're pretty easy to disassemble. I did a detail strip on my G36 for the first time this weekend.
Sounds like you got a good gun at a decent price.
Enjoy! :)
