I want to strip my G-17 and send it to Glock to have the polymer section of it swoped out for the one that has the dove tail for sliding on a light or what ever else. Can this be done?

Can this be done? lkblair 07-22-2004, 15:41 I would just go out and buy another G17 for the light, instead of doing the swap out which MIGHT be cost prohibitive. Coolknight 07-28-2004, 10:05 Well... In Switzerland the price for a new 3rd Gen. Frame, same S/N (takes some time to get it) is CHF 165.- = +/- US$ 132.- Count 4-6 weeks, rather more in the US. Regards, Coolknight ffcracker 07-28-2004, 14:01 I read that it could and that it costs $150. I will try and scan the article from the '01 Glock Annual. I hope you can read it...:) Blah! 07-28-2004, 14:02 Glockmiester also sells gen three frames ffcracker 07-28-2004, 14:04 It worked. Just click to enlarge it. You question is number 5. (You will have to send in your old one) ffcracker 07-28-2004, 14:07 Originally posted by Blah! Glockmiester also sells gen three frames Cool. I never noticed that they did that. I bet that would be much faster/easier. vBulletin® v3.7.3, Copyright ©2000-2010, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. | ![]() |
