Does anybody know of any good free anti-virus and firewall programs. My Norton is expired and I uninstalled it to use my free one from my isp, but it is no longer free. There has got to be some good free ones out here in net land somewhere. Thanks...Jay

I use AVG and Zone Alarm. Also, Ad Aware and Spybot for adware. All are free.

Thanks for the replies. I Got my supplied Anti-Virus and Firewall from my ISP working correctly again. Was just some operater error. It is Charter Internet Security suite and it has an F-sure logo on it. I do not know if F-sure is the actual software licensed to Charter, but it seems to work really good. It has caught a lot of trojans over the last coupe days, and no, NOT from porn sites LOL. Anyway, thanks for the help. It is nice knowing you can come to GT with any of your problems....Jay

f-secure is good stuff. f-prot is one of the best av programs out there.
so if they are actually using it, then you should be well protected.
