amid a faint background noise of hissing, poping and the gentle whirl of smoothly lubricated spinning gears...

Don't worry G...

Our special brewing and filtering techniques, as developed through a secret collaboration of 10-Ring experts, enhanced by someone's personal garmet, carefully temperature and pressure controlled within the tightest measurable tollerance (easily achievable with the near constant, cool ambient atmosphere of the Dungeon) ... these special techniques have formulated a brew that will inhibit the effects of monkey DNA until PROPER removal techniques can fully rectify whatever contamination issues remain.

Which is a long way of saying "have a beer, it will help". :)

Though I am unqualified and inexperienced in the intricacies and delicate procedures of monkey DNA expulsion, I'm highly confident that the Dungeon N*PP** Sweat Beer will belay any effects, allowing full 3000 reply congratulatory celebrations, until qualified and trained personnel can see to you and, ahem, service any DNA issues.

In the dim twilight of the Dungeon, the quiet whirl of finely meshed spinning gears, the pop and fizzle of small carbonated bubbles, and the hiss of slowly and carefully controlled steam release has perceptibly slowed. The filtering equipment begins a quiet, automatic shutdown. And the flow of alcoholic elixir, once a steady stream pouring with light glinting beauty into aged oak kegs slows to a trickle, then a drip. The Dungeon grows quiet. Yet one sound remains

snore......

G33, please permit this lowly, servile, pond-scum, unworthy Dungeon denizen to offer a suggestion concerning your time-to-party announcement. There was only a half-hour gap between your post and the wind-down of the previous party; the 10-Ring Penthouse types need, I think, more recovery time between blowouts. After all, many of them are 10 years older than they were 10 years ago.

Perhaps 90 to 120 minutes between parties would be sufficient recovery time for the inebriated 10-Ring physiology (pardon my redundancy.)

You and I could play with her head a bit. Just leave a few artifacts lying around indicating that, in her absence, you finally took me up on the elegant private dining room / secluded private entrance / discreet staffers / fine quisine /superb wines / etc. running shtick that has appeared on this thread. If you play it REALLY subtle, it might bounce her outlook around until she finally figures it out.

As official custodian of the Monkey on this round, I counsel patience on the part of the 8:40PM faithful. The Monkey, in its meanderings among the thread recipients over all the transfers, has developed a measure of judgement, sophistication, and knowledge of its importance in the 8:40PM outlook on life. In its Penthouse stays, it has learned the important nuances of partying, and in its Dungeon interludes, it has picked up some quite unexpected talents in admin, finance, and repartee. The Monkey is working up a truly creditable lawyer joke, and refuses to be rushed in this effort. Since the Monkey DNA is so useful to me in attracting G29/G33 Monkey DNA Removal sessions, I will not do anything to negate this useful feature of the 10-Ring way of life; I advise the same course of action for the Penthouse faithful.

VN350X10
02-13-2005, 22:59
Given the intervention of the good Samurirabbi, we, the faithful, shall in fact, await a truely outstanding lawyer joke from the Monkey.
I will do my part to keep the Borg at bay, using no more than dark beer, the Bikini team, & if necessary,"Kong", my eldest G 20, whose handloads can defeat ANY known force field in this or it's alternate universe.

Mongo of course, to provide the gourmet cooking.

Your Mom and I first got together in a chat room on Yahoo. Then I set up a date via e-mail with your Mom and we met at a cyber-cafe. We sneaked into a secluded room, where your mother agreed to a download from my hard drive. Why yes, now that you mention it she is doing quite well. We went to the vet the other day and the pics of our little heifer are looking great;f doc said that he is 99 %+ sure it is going to be a girl, he looks at those things all the time so I guess he knows what he is saying. Mrs. Bullman (that svelte little jersey) is spending money at a rate faster than I could print it, were I a skilled conterfeiter, so no guns with the tax money this year ( I was so hoping that a Glock 29 might find it's way into the fold)

If it wasn't for the distastful things that work thrusts upon me, life would be a veritable bowl of Cherries but as it is, it seems to be ridden with pits at the moment. But I do my best to look up, things could certainly be worse and I am very pleased that everything with our young calf seems to be coming along well. she looked positively devine (which rhymes with Bovine by the way)in her pictures the other day and I hope that she will be blessed with her mother's good looks (and my brains of course)

As a matter of fact, Momma 2B is watching the videotape of the sonogram as I type this, she can't get enough, that little critter sure does kick a lot in that video.

The Dungeon Linguistics Unit has interrupted its usual weekend Lagoon partying ... (Rabbi! Our sneaking into the 10-Ring parties is supposed to be kept secret! What if the Penthouse types read this and realize what we're doing!) ... Don't worry about it. Even if they figure it out, the punishment for our actions must, per the Joint Penthouse/Dungeon Administrative Protocols, be approved by a sober quorum of the Penthouse Board. What chance does that have to happen? ... (Hmmmm ... good point ... sorry about the interruption) ... Hey, no problem! ... Anyway, the Dungeon Linguistics Unit has voted to award G33 our prestigious Double Entendre Award for her ingenious MonkeySpank presentation. What is particularly impressive is that the Monkey in the sequence is CONSTANTLY smiling! This hint of S&M overtones on top of the more conventional "spanking the monkey" shtick puts G33's contribution in a distinguished class of its own. Well done, G three three!

I often endlessly brag about how my wife could pass for Raquel's sister. Not long ago, my daughter and I were watching Hannie when Raquel flashes a real "I'm pissed" look at the camera. My daughter exclaims "That's MOM! She can flash the same look when I get in trouble!"

Its funny, until I'm the ... problem.

Actually, Unkle, I think we have an opportunity here far beyond mundane culinary issues. You and Monkey could parade around the 10-Ring Resort in your matching lime-green leisure suits! I've rolled 6 kegs of this original golden nectar into the deepest recesses of the Dungeon for aging. Available for special occasions - like a fine wine.

Of course, from a commercial standpoint, N*ppl* Sweat Beer is only available where N*ppl* Sweat is sold.

Yo, Unkle! We had a thought that we believe is worthy of your distinguished attention.

Late Monday night, we Dungeon Types were sitting around, after counting the party take, ripping off our cut, making the island account deposits, and purging/recharging the beer distribution pipelines after the heavy weekend 10-Ring party demand. While killing time before crashing the 10-Ring Lagoon Followup Party, we cooked up the following idea:

As you rightly observed, you and the Monkey parading in your matching lime green leisure suits is insufficient to prod the standard issue 10-Ringer into sobriety. Our thought is this: YOU in YOUR lime-green leisure suit, the MONKEY in HIS lime-green leisure suit, and G33's psychotic bug-eyed dragon in HIS lime-green getup, all three of you parading TOGETHER, may be enough to achieve this seemingly impossible objective!

Are we Dungeon Types on to something with this idea, or should we just crawl back in our dungeonly holes and stick to admin, embezzlement, tax dodges, beer distribution, and all the other infrastructure items needed to keep the Resort running smoothly?

Bullman
03-16-2005, 20:52
Wow, you just got me thinking rabbi, it hit me like a runaway beer keg, no, a runaway beer WAGON, pulled by Clydesdales....

You suggested that extra green jacket and it made me think of The Masters, who also wear green jackets, albeit not Lime Green, but you get the point. Anyway, when a golfer aspires to such greatness as winning The Masters, they get to wear a green jacket. How about, since 10 ringers aspire to cailber greatness, that we all wear lime green jackets. Would that be overdoing it? You think?

Or am I suffering from some sort of trauma from being run over by a beer wagon and a bunch of big horses?

Good news from the Dungeon. Our new 275 barrel direct fired copper brew kettel is in full alcohol production in preparation for major Spring Break activities (and beyond). That's an astounding 11,550 GALLONS from this puppy on every batch.

http://www.vendomecopper.com/images/brewket6.jpg

Of course, run through our proprietary N*ppl* Sweat filters and flash chilled to exacting storage temperatures, this elixir should bring a great deal of merriment to the 10-Ring kingdom, as well as generous revenues for any G-33 pirate trade that might still be in progress. I have had some trouble generating enough steam to keep our facilities running. We've been burning whatever we can get our hands on to keep steam pressure up. Enough timbers are missing from the dungeon ceiling that it is beginning to creak.

Anyone know where I could find a steady source of methane gas?

Why, from Mongo, of course! That guy ought to be able to rip one to keep that baby running for YEARS! I bet he could even be counted on to run a whole FLEET of nuclear submarines! Not only that, i'll bet he could even keep California powered up if we could convince PG&E to convert over to Mongo Power! Oil prices would drop like a rock! Keep quiet about it though, because if they get Mongo, we lose/loose the best damn cook there is! The EPA would also want him in for testing. Mongo would be misserable! He would probably get upset and go on one of his famous rampages, and we all know we can't have that, it could destabilize the entire western world as we know it.

With beans, several different types as a matter of fact. The only option is with/without garbonzo beans (chick peas).

Meat is cubed by hand (no ground), as are onions & peppers (again, several types)
most mere mortals add sour cream or grated cheese to put out some of the fire. made the way I like it, it is potent. Part of the recipe comes from an old aquantince from back in the S.C.C.A. racing days. (think FAST Fords)

Ya know, i bet if we all do our part we could power the entire world! Sammurai would then really have something to dig his grubby little mitts into. I bet the Borg would even be impressed.

This is an unwarranted slur!

My little mitts are NOT grubby! I wash them carefully after each embezzlement count.

However, since Michigan State has just zapped Duke in the tourney, I will overlook this faux pau, thus avoiding any discontinuity in the logistics for the weekend Lagoon blowout.

Tazz, Mongo has requested me to briefly put aside the inter-related issues of embezzlement, admin, beer distribution, and delicate negotiations with the Pirate Fleet about the mystery event, and instead post to this thread to correct a common misperception.

If one reruns the exalted "Blazing Saddles" (all rise, hats over hearts), one will note that the major methane flatulence action is coming from the OTHER cattle drive personnel, and NOT from Mongo. Mongo is off-camera, at his private fire, partaking in the creditable trail drive quisine, and savoring a fine cigar. It should be additionally noted that Mongo, rather than contaminating the prime tobacco flavor with the sulphur from a match, chose to light the cigar with the pure natural heat of a hardwood fueled flame! How many of the Penthouse and Dungeon personnel would have wimped out and taken the easy path when making such a choice!

Originally posted by Bullman How about, since 10 ringers aspire to cailber greatness, that we all wear lime green jackets. Would that be overdoing it? You think?

IMPORTANT 10-RING FACILITY ADMINISTRATIVE ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Dungeon admin types wish to apologize to Bull. For at least two weeks, we overlooked the massive administrative benefit which could be derived from his suggestion. We regret this oversight.

To ACTUALLY have everyone running around in lime-green jackets would, of course, incur a major level barf factor. What we Dungeon PR types missed was the potential of the THOUGHT of this happening. The Dungeon Linguistics Unit, in company with the Dungeon Psychological Evaluation Team and the Dungeon Partying Aptitude Testing Facility, discovered that the 10-Ringers simply THINKING about such an occurrence yielded an amazing benefit: 9% of the Penthouse types achieved temporary sobriety! This is a truly momentous achievement!

I must confess, this unprecedented sobriety level within the 10-Ring membership had us Dungeon types worried for a moment. We believed that it would be more difficult for us to crash the legendary Lagoon parties with this greater level of 10-Ringer alertness. Upon reflection, however, we concluded that it had become too EASY to gain admittance to these blowouts, and that it was actually MORE fun to have to WORK to get in! (Besides, the Lagoon Hostesses have more esteem for our courage when we have to work HARD to get into the parties; this translates to an increased satisfaction level when we DO get in. Worth the tradeoff.)

To make up to Bull for our delay in recognizing the potential of his idea, the Dungeon will provide him with the GOOD alfalfa until Mrs. Bull's calving. This will have the additional benefit of solving Eng15's methane supply issues.

Philosophical question: At what point does a micro-brew operation become so large that it is no longer a MICRO-brew setup?

Bullman

I am causing sobriety in the 10 ring facility????? I am getting good alfalfa for this action??????

I don't know if I can deal with the blame for this. I was probably suffering from the effects of some pregnancy induced mood swing when I posted that bit about the green jackets. You know I am all there for helpin a brother out on the booty call and all Sammy, but I don't want any rewards for sobriety. It is bad enough that Mrs. Bullman (Her Svelteness) limits my consumption of that sweet ambrosia we so humbly call N*ppl* Sweat, but if I am somehow transferring that to the rest of the 10 ring, well, I need to go out to the back 40 and stay. That sort of behavior from me is just completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Official Formal Inquiry to the 10-Ring Administrative Staff :

Is the afforementioned heretofor unknown sobriety of this esteemed group responsible for the recent downturn in the stock price of Anheiser-Busch, Miller Brewing, Samual Adams Brewery, et.al.?

If so, perhaps there would be a way to cause a similar turn of events for the various oil companies, that are currently gouging customers world-wide.

As a side note, if perhaps the cost of fuel wasn't so high, there would be more funds avaliable for the INCREASE of partying, thereby raising the stocks of the various brewing companies, & in turn, helping to increase the value of uncle albert's retirement portfolio.

Be it also known, I hereby second the idea of providing Bullman with all of the "good" alfalfa required to assist him during the duration of Mrs. B's (the svelte, etc) gestational time.

Unkle, the 10-Ring Administrative Staff has asked the Dungeon Administration Personnel to field this question. At first, they attempted to have those within the Penthouse who are unexpectedly sober do the investigation of this issue, but they encountered problems with this effort: one of the sober 10-Ringers is ill, and the other refuses to work on a party weekend. Hey, that's why the Dungeon Crew is ever alert.

We have determined that the minimal increase in 10-Ringer sobriety, while amazing, is not the cause of the depressed beer stock prices. The actual cause is the successful launching of Eng15's specialty line of alcoholic libations. Eng15 has found a niche in the market which shows all indications of expanding into a dominant market position. The big-shot financial analysts have noted this development, and are adjusting their marketing forecasts on the LESSER producers accordingly. Their analysis particularly noted that the Dungeon Crew Alfalfa allocation to Bull's feeding program brought resolution of Eng15's fuel shortage, which will ensure full production capability for the foreseeable future; you know how the Wall Street financial types value predictability in their projections.

Not quite that fast last night...best time w/45auto was 2.88, backed up with a 2.92 & 2.97.

Still beat all of the .22 class shooters EXCEPT my son Mike. As usual, he shot fast time of the night @ 2.28. He shoots a Marvel conversion on an Essex .45 frame, a fully comp'd, purpose built .22 pin gun. OKO optics, using CCI SGB ammo. seems the little poo-head learned TOO well about this sport.
(little is a comparison for age. He's 5'-11" & 285.nickname is No-Neck, for obvious reasons.)

Well Uncle,

We are about a month and a half from delivery day. Mrs. Bullman (her svelteness) went to the Doc today and got another ultrasound. They estimate Sarah is about 5 pounds 13 ounces by now, so she is growing like a weed in there. Unfortunately, we were getting the good 4d Ultrasound pics at another place, so the OB GYN guy she is seeing doesn't have 4D on his ultrasound, so there really isn't much to see on what we are getting.

This is the best most recent thing that I have on my work computer
