There are many troublemaker wannabees in the world. We Dungeon types are thankful that we have a refined ethereal essence of perfection troublemaker such as Unkle on our staff. The last Dungeon Insurrection would have been a grossly inferior action without his active participation.

Good thing we have the Dungeon Dung Cru slaving away and making it so inexpensively, and all the wonderful visitors and tourists contributing so much to our profits that we 10 Ringers can afford to drink so freely for free!

FREEBEER!!!

Hey... i got an idea... why don't we put on a Dungeon dance contest and take all the best and hottest dancers and create "The 10 Ring Dungeon Dancers"?! Then we could have the Dung Cru build us a Dungeon Hard Rock Club in the dungeon with big sound proof and bullet proof, one way mirror, picture windows where we can all watch the Dung Cru slaving away making our FREEBEER in the back ground while the Dungeon Dancers get down to the rock'n tunes... and the Dung Cru can watch themselves work in the mirror?

Of course we could allow Sammy special previleages into the club since, well, he has kind of earned them... and... well... we do kind'a need him to work his magic on the slaves and keep them pacified.

Yo, Tazz! Everything you suggest is do-able. I do counsel a couple changes, though.

1) Skip the one-way mirror. The interaction between performer and audience is vital to any successful live show.

2) I appreciate your extending special privileges to me, but I counsel AGAINST any obvious granting of such attentions. It would degrade the unity and cohesiveness of the Dungeon operation, which just MIGHT affect the administrative efficiency of the Dungeon operation. Besides, the Lagoon Hostesses seem more impressed by my resourceful sneaking of privileges, rather than my being formally granted them. Such attentions are worth preserving.

And-so the "one-way mirror"... which allows the partay crowd to watch the slave brew brewers brewing, but the slaves not the partay... or you in any of your clever disguises.

Of course, if we go with the mirror/window we would have to have servants working the partay who have no connection to the Dung Cru... which does create a situation to work around... but hey, that's not my job... i create the good ideas and others fix them... or make them work... or... whatever...

I need a FREEBEER!

Actually, Tazz, all that is needed would be servants who have no TRACEABLE connection to the Dung Cru! As ever, we lowly (blah, blah, blah) Dungeon peons would provide the exalted (blah, blah, blah) 10-Ringers with the most useful possible gift: plausible deniability!

Yeah, Monkey Boy, but if the Dung Cru can see everybody partying thru the window... especially all the distractingly hot babes... that could really mess up the work flow.

We set the venue up using a mirror made of polerized glass & fit the necessary servents with special glasses, all problems solved, no work interference, partay flows as expected.

Actually, we've tinkered with the glasses idea in the past. Unbeknownst to us, an alien eavesdropper copied this technology and used it to create a little talked about scandal in LA back in the late 1980's. Mum's the word, but I hear the MIB's were really busy with this one.

Susan rocks.

A couple of Dungeon satellite communications crew was trying to focus Misty - the reconnaissance satellite - to take some photos of the Lagoon Spring Break Noon Tanners Party. Well, I proceeded to scold them for their breach of protocol when one of the images flashed up on to the 60" HD computer monitor and, well, I just have to say the resolution on those real-time images were outstanding! It took me a good 20 to 30 seconds to tell the Crew to knock it off and disengage the satellite's camera in a manner that would cover our tracks with the NRO. I sure hope the men in dark suits don't visit us for that little indiscretion but the communications crew has been told to tend to live sport event and concert signal intercepts and stop looking in on the Lagoon suntanning sessions.

BTW - the evidence will be stored on my personal hard drive for future... examination. Strictly professional, of course.

The dedication and professionalism you two are showing has so inspired me that I am dispensing with the last 4 hours of my mourning period over Clonie Gowen's loss in Poker After Dark. The fact that the Lagoon Hostesses are showing me particularly sympathetic consideration during this difficult emotional moment has, of course, no influence on my "recovery".

Actually, Eddie, your situation is far more desirable than the pidgeon-bombing you pictured. Until your situation is adjudicated by the 10-Ring board, you will be retained in the custody of the 10-Ring; this means you will be included in all 10-Ring partying, since no partying 10-Ringers (pardon my redundancy) are willing to leave the partying to guard you! I didn't expect anything in "print" per se, but rather embossed on some kind of edible substance, 80% chocolate perhaps, to insure it's consumption after reading the necessary information.
That way, if discovered by someone who isn't on the "need to know" list, they'd just go ahead & eat the info, destroying any/all evidence.

In case the inebriated 10-Ringers (pardon my redundancy) develop concerns that this research effort may impinge on their beer supply, we wish to emphasize that bubble arrangement research will be conducted ONLY on the minor beer flow to the taps in the Dungeon areas. No memos to the Lagoon Personnel, Condos (Both high and low), Tazz's super secret location (strike that - super secret means super secret).

The Joint Penthouse/Dungeon Repartee Protocols require that RAZZING a poster for a pun, AND posting one's own pun, may not be combined in a single post on this thread. As I approached my last post, I had noted your excellent yet subtle leer/looking pun, but at the same time I was all worked up over my leer/Lear pun. IMPORTANT 10-RING FACILITY ADMINISTRATIVE REQUEST

The Dungeon Linguistics Unit requests the partying 10-Ringers (pardon my redundancy) to allow us to be the formally designated sponsors of the June 31st Lagoon blowout. The only change the 10-Ringers might notice would be the tiny print that day on the Lagoon banners. As a consideration, the embezzlement rate that day would be cut to 37% on all party-related financial transactions.

Be assured that, while we have nefarious reasons for this request, such motivations would in no way affect the financial well-being of the 10-Ring financial structure.

Special personel informative decree :

I will be on assignment in the far reaches of S.D. from 5-30-08 untill approx 6-9-08, in a personal quest to eliminate one or more prarie dogs at ranges approaching & perhaps exceeding 1000 yds.
This will in no way interfere with my assigned partying duties, as a suitable quantity of proper libations will be accompanying said hunting PARTY.

The equipment being used will be the first formal outing of the new rifle, hereby christened "Moosedick" in honor of it's size & weight.
29 1/2" + muzzle brake barrel, by Harry McGowan.
6.5x.284 cal
36X scope
18 lbs empty weight
The load being used has shown great promise, with a 10 round string over the Ohler 35 Chrono showing an ES of 8 (!) fps.
proper report/findings/results to follow the return.

In my absence, I'm entrusting TARDIS to G 33 & Susan 28, as they have shown great knowledge of the usage of said same & have avoided any problems so far in it's application.(the credits card is at a balance of "0" at this time, shop till you drop!)

If any problems arise, I'm sure they can be handled by engineer151515 & his staff.

Unkle, it gets even BETTER than that! The Dungeon financial types have a setup in place to launder part of our embezzlement take from the 10-Ring cash flow by running it through Twee-Twee's Cabela charge account! Fortune 500 companies are studying this technique.

Yeah, they're all wondering what the hell they're going to eat after all the corn and grass is used up to produce gas for cars rather than for themselves, and what people are going to eat after the price of corn has gone through the #^(%'N BARN ROOF and the bulls, cows, and sheep... and chickens are all starved to death!

Not to worry, Tazz. Perhaps influenced by the example of the two useful (I hesitate to use the term "successful") Dungeon insurrections, the farm animals will use the EARLY portion of Orwell's "Animal Farm" as a guide for their own farm takeover. They will produce their own food supply, with the available surplus dedicated to the Lagoon Resort restaurant operations. The Dung Cru Financial Operation will pick up a few bucks as consultants to the animal's operation.

If my recent trip to SoDak is any indication, there won't be a lack of food for the bovine/equine/caprine/porcine/etc... contingint.
It's the wettest it's been out there in over 40 yrs, from the way the locals talk.
Got any idea just how hard it is to shoot prariedogs when the little bastids is wearing SCUBA gear ? I should have brought my mask, fins & Voit magnum insterad of the .220 Swift !
Good news from the trip, I found a good steak joint with a competent bartender.
Bad news...one of the other previous steak joints has closed, & they had a MUCH better selection of imported libations of the barley/hops kind. Nothing as good as "N"Sweat Lager but then, what is ?
No new long range mark exceeded, nothing spectacular, only about 100 of the little vermin terminated & didn't even get to try out the new 6.5 X .284.....FARB !!!
I think the 'dogs hired an Indian Shaman to do a non-stop rain dance....it sure seemed that for every 10 min of sunlight we got about 4 hrs of monsoon.

Oh well, next year. I'm a Cubs fan, so I'm comfortable with that statement.

G 33, are you done with TARDIS ? I need to make a quick run to Alpha-Centuri & quite frankly, hitchicking is out of the question right now, as I'm beat.

You should have been with me on the trip, as the town that we were staying in, "Faith" is only about 25 mi. SW of where the T-Rex "Sue" was found, & there was a nice exhibit in town of a replica of Sue (she lives at the Field Museum here in Chitown) & another, smaller specimin of a T-Rex. You might have enjoyed it.
The whole town was advertising "Sue-Viners".....only slightly annoying.

Anyhow, I'm off to the Lagoon Bar for a nightcap. Anyone care to join me ?
And Rabbi, my expense account/embezzlement statement will be on your desk by 0800 hrs this morning.

Yeah, take that larvae...stick it on a little egg hook with light line...toss it up stream so that it flows down past where ever they are hanging out...

BAMM!!!

I love to watch them fight over it! (We are talking wild trout, here.) Easiest way to get a quick meal in a survival situation. But, like you said, it is seasonal.

Bull, you may be on to something: we run an INSURRECTION freak show! We give each opposable-thumb prairie dog a 9mm Glock. They run THEIR insurrection in the 10-Ring facility, the Dungeon types counter with our old/slow but still effective 45s, and then (after an appropriate period for dramatic tension) the Penthouse types sweep the table with a 10mm skirmish line moving from one beer tap to the next! I think this show of coordination between the Penthouse and the Dungeon operations would impress the network broadcast types.

Do not worry, Unkle. The Dungeon Aerospace Consulting Division is fabricating titanium armor panels which can be moved into position around the tappers as the 10-Ringers advance. The cost of this effort will be borne by the Dungeon as part of our contribution to the general mayhem.
