You blew it, you 10-Ring klutzes! (Pardon my redundancy.) The Dungeon made a major administrative error, and you didn't catch it! Her Majesty Twee-Twee even made a gracious allusion to our error in several posts, and you STILL didn't catch it! She even gave you the post location specifying the error (that mysterious 13385 reference) which had me worried. We are grateful to Her Majesty for not calling us outright on our error. And now, since we have reached the 125-post statute of limitation specified in the Joint Penthouse/Dungeon Adminstrative Protocols Agreement, the Dungeon is now safe from any administrative penalty the 10-Ring may attempt to inflict.

Since the Dungeon is now safe from formal 10-Ring penalties, I shall now provide the explanation as prescribed by the Joint Penthouse/Dungeon Administrative Protocols. Upon reflection, though, I do wish to make one clarification: in order to avoid overwhelming linguistic discontinuity within this post, I now issue a blanket request for pardon for all further redundancies contained within this explanation. I hope this provision is acceptable to the marginally coherent 10-Ring mentality.

The Dungeon Nihilistic Insurrectionist Aggregation is the newest of the Dungeon auxiliary organizations that provide the dual function of 1) enhancing the prestige of the troglodyte 10-Ring presence in the outside world, and 2) providing a vehicle for laundering the take we embezzle from the financially primitive 10-Ring accounting operation. As the newest Dungeon outfit, the DNIA may still lack a full measure of the seasoned professionalism that has become the hallmark of the Dungeon administrative operation.

The DNIA was, of course, familiar with the stories of the past two Dungeon Insurrections against the myopic 10-Ringers which figure so prominently in BOTH Dungeon AND 10-Ring lore. The DNIA wanted to get on the scoreboard, and figured a quick action against the inebriated 10-Ringers during a weekend Lagoon Party Blowout would be a workable formula for an easy setup. The seasoned admin hands within the Dungeon organization cautioned them about possible complications, but the Dungeon newbies were too rambunctious to be restrained. So we let them try.

So, at a Saturday night Lagoon blowout, they threw their insurrection against the debauched 10-Ringers. An intriguing event followed. The party-OD'ed 10-Ringers on the premises did not even notice the insurrection directed against them! In fact, the gung-ho 10-Ringers proceeded to out-insurrect the insurrectionists! Subsequent investigation by seasoned Dungeon admin types revealed that the blitz-faced 10-Ringers thought the insurrection was part of the partying! One of the 10-Ring party animals was later heard to say that he thought he was caught up in a re-creation of the Animal House "Shout" scene, and simply joined in the action when he perceived what he thought was the "little bit louder now" build-up. As a final insult to the DNIA self-esteem, NONE of the minimally functional 10-Ringers even thought it just might be prudent to draw a 10mm sidearm; this surely is the ultimate insult a psychotic 10-Ringer can deliver!

The legitimately chastized DNIA crew retreated to the Dungeon facility to contemplate their setback; the befuddled 10-Ring mentality was indeed a tougher target than they had anticipated. This event may mark an important milestone in their path to self-realization: Nihilistic anarchy is easy, but PROFITABLE nihilistic anarchy requires fundamentally coherent discipline! We shall watch their developmental progress with interest.

So there it is. Even though you cannot take administrative action against the Dungeon, you are still allowed to flame away at us for our misconduct. However, if you choose to do so, remember this: Sticks and stones can break our bones, but truly classy insults will be savored by all involved in the exchange.

Compromises suck.
No streaming for Kill Bill 1, Kill Bill2, Seven Samurai (yes, I was in free association mode), so I had to settle for Samaria 7 described as....

As villages perish under the thumb of the Nobuseri -- a cruel race of warriors who are part men, part machine -- a young priestess named Kirara travels the countryside gathering stray samurais. But while her hope is that these brave souls can rally to save the land, she's not certain they can put their differences aside. Set in a postwar, futuristic world, this animated tale is based on the epic Akira Kurosawa film The Seven Samurai.

Maybe my ten year old son will like it. :mallninja:
Like father like son (if I have anything to say about it).

I had two neighbors who put their radios on steroids. One was a ham operator who made a huge antenna out of bamboo poles and a tall center mast. It looked like a giant box kite. The other guy supercharged his CB setup and turned his shed into his man cave.

Interesting! The claymore I had in mind was the "modern" version; the one you present certainly has better aesthetic balance. Perhaps a dual marketing effort can cover all commercial contingencies.

Yeah, well, good luck opening your mail with the modern version.:steamed:

The modern version would be optimum for handling junk mail.

I think a pewter claymore might be a useful fashion accessory.

If you two guys get together and invent a computer monitor, I'm going to give up web surfing.
The claymore monitor .....

Also, keep your eyes peeled for any wandering naugas.

They COULD get my attention if a Nagua tag was also good for bagging crooked politicians......

but they'd have to make the season REAL long.....

Four more years ... with two off for good behavior!

Remember: Illinois Naugas know there is no LEGAL public carry in Illinois. That gives the Illinois Nauga an advantage over other Naugas.

Rabbi, I don't drive legal most of the time either.....and a Nagua is no match for a pick-up truck ! They don't do NEAR the damage that an errant Bambi does. Or an errant Bimbo for that matter !

If Naugas ever find a pipeline for getting black-market RPG's, then that situation might change!

The Dungeon Protocol Apparatus is puzzled. Such a gaudy display seems inappropriate for a middle-of-the-road position-33 post in the numbering sequencing. We await your justification with interest.

An acceptable explanation. On this thread, we cherish incoherency as long as it has a logical coherent basis on which to build.

Carry on. That is all.

If a line forms to help determine who is at fault, would that constitute a fault line?
