You may have one of the fairly rare Imbel built L1A1 rifles imported by Century Arms. You can legally install a pistol grip and butt stock on this model if they're US made. The rifle already has enough US made parts to make this conversion legal. These L1A1's are of significantly higher quality than Century's other offerings. But, they are inch and not metric (though metric mags do work in an inch rifle).

These typically bring slightly higher prices than the run of the mill L1A1 or R1A1. In new condition, it would fetch $550 to $700 depending on your location. Used, it would be in the $450 to $500 range.
