Gmail incoming mail server?

I'm trying to set up my Mac OS X Mail app to send and receive through my Google Gmail account.

I'm slightly computer retarded, and subsequent searches have not helped, and so I cannot figure out what I should put down for "Incoming Mail Server."

Any ideas?

Also, and what Account Type should this be? POP? IMAP? Exchange?

Gmail would have to support POP (or IMAP). I thought it was WEB only email interface. They keep your email on their servers and you access it via a browser, not via some mail application on your local machine.

Doesn't your ISP provide you with mail server, at least for the outgoing side?

I have been looking and I think that Gmail is web only at this point. Mabye once we are out of beta, they will support pop, but for now we are stuck with web based.
