Since we have a number of fans of John M. Browning's Magnum cartridge [.50 BMG] and the weapons that shoot it, what rifle scopes are you using and have you encountered any problems with the scope or mounts?

Mine is a Bausch and Lomb 8x32 Elite 4200 series. No problems other than the gloss finish that is easily scratched and dinged.

I've got a tasco supersniper. fixed 10 power with 30mm tube and 42mm objective. holds zero excelent and is quite innexpensive for a .50 scope.

I've been swapping my Springfield Arm. 3rd gen 4-14x56(30mm tube and has BDC for 7.62) back and forth between the AMAC and my .308. I've run about 150 bmg's w/ the scope mounted and have'nt encountered any probs. So far, it has held up quite well, even after putting it back on my .308 for a 565yrd clay bird shoot.

Maybe one day, I'll scrape up enough for a Nightforce.

Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56 with NPR2 reticle, truly awesome. It was money that was hard to spend, but after it was done, I have never regretted it and would do it again.

Burris 8x32 30mm Black Diamond. Doesn't cost much, and has plenty of vertical adjustment. No problems so far.
