Are there any that are decent?

The only HK clone that I have direct experience with is the Greek-made Springfield Armory SAR3/8 (transition between SAR3 preban and SAR8 post 1989 ban). It differs from the HK91 in the trigger group. It's the automatic fire trigger group that was modified for semiauto only unlike the HK91's trigger group which was made specifically for it by HK.

Otherwise, I have no other experiences with the Century Arms HK or the Special Weapons HK clones other than fondling them and looking at them. Nor do I have experience with the recent Springfield SAR with the nasty aluminum receiver.

Supposedly the PTR-91 is a viable copy that actually works like it's suppose to. It goes for around $650 dealer's price, I think.

I have a PTR 91 A1
great rifle. took a few rounds to break it in, but it has been working 100% and shoots accurately. I would recommend one
The A1 with a polmyer lower, wide forearm, bipod was around $1000
