I've been playing Condition Zero and the new Beta-CS-Source.(which is awesome-BTW). So who else plays?

Heh. Some of that's attributed to the rampant use of aimbots.

I haven't really played much Counterstrike, ever since my unpleasant experiences with rampant cheaters. I have kept active in the TFC community, though, and currently run the largest TFC forums (The Catacombs).

I used to play from the early beta releases up until around the time steam came out. Didn't have the time to really play much.

I think I might have to fire it up and play a game now!

I thought CS:CZ/CS 1.6 was gonna suck. It ain't too bad. The updated maps are interesting to say the very least - plus the AI/bots are much better.

I use to be deadly accurate with the M4...they changed it...I'm more accurate with the FAMAS it seems.

Plus the SG552 Commando flips way too much.

The Sg552 was my fav, but they weakened it. Now, I like the M-4. Try the "source" beta! The graphics are awesome. Muzzle flashes and better flashbangs for starters. It's a real improvement.

You're more than welcome to donate to my 'new computer' fund.;f

Why is the Sig P228 .357sig in CS? As far as I can tell, that gun is available in 9mm only, with the P229 available in .40s&w and .357sig.

Very true, I forgot about that. Nevertheless, they made a good choice by incorporating the .357 SIG round.

IIRC, I thought the dual berettas were once chambered in .40S&W?

i play. have been playing since one of the earlier betas (6 i think). will prolly quit when all the servers go to source as my PC will not be able to handle it and i'm not shelling out hundereds of bucks to upgrade...just to play a game. we oughta get a GT CS server up and running just to see how well everyone does.

I've been playing for a couple of years. I think 1.5 was the first version I used. CS:S is a huge improvement and the game looks amazing now. I hate to say it, but I'm addicted to CS. I guess I could be addicted to more harmful things...
