What is your favorite magazine(s)
mine are Guitar World, Guns and Ammo.
Muzzleloader Magazine (http://www.muzzleloadermag.com/)
True West Magazine (http://www.truewestmagazine.com/)
Outdoor Life (http://www.outdoorlife.com/outdoor/)
In first place, Small Arms Review (covers the Class III world)
Second place, American Handgunner.
Car & Driver (been a subscriber for 32 years), but the new Hemmings Muscle Car mag is climbing up my favorites list.
Guns and Ammo
SWAT -- great articles by Pat Rogers, Clint Smith and others who have been there, done that. No BS.
Before that, the late, lamented Tactical Shooter.
Those are just about the only 2 magazines that I keep and re-read.
PS: Just about anything Pat Rogers writes about tactics bears re-reading a couple of times. Just MHO. Pat has seen the elephant and doesn't hesitate to say what works, in the real world, and what doesn't.
I agree with Jennifer completely. SWAT is the only subscription that I won't let run out.
Combat Handguns and G&WforLE are "hit and miss." The others I don't even bother thumbing through.
I read Gun World and Shotgun News.
American Handgunner and Guns magazines are the only gun magazines I subscribe to.
The best news magazine (and one of the best birthday presents)I subsribe to: The Economist.
First, TWO(Two Wheels Only - British motorcycle mag.)
Second, Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement
Third, Combat Handguns
:) Nope, not National Geographic or The New Yorker. I guess I'm just a, 'techno-killer' - For me it's either Combat Handguns or PC Magazine.
