I have several sets of AmeriGlo sights for my Glocks. I really like the sights, however after moving a couple of sets of them to different guns, the front sight screw was shot.
I emailed AmeriGlo on Monday or Tuesday asking for some replacement screws for the sights. Didn't get an email response from them..... However I had the new screws in my mailbox by Thursday.
I wish more companies could be this fast with customer requests.
