Light for 2nd Gen

Hi all....

It's been a long time. The sight has grown quite a bit.

My question is this: I have a 2nd Gen 23 and want to put some light on
it. What do I do without the luxury of rails?

P.S. Is Walter still pi$$'n off the locals?

Surefire has an adapter that "bolts" on to the front of the triggerguard, that supplies rails to mount a weaponlight on - can't seem to find the part number on their site at the moment though.

Walter - yeah, he's like always, seems abrasive to the newcomers, but appreciated by tose of us who've been around.

Thanx fer the info. After quite a search of manufacturers , it appears that the surefire classic is the best setup. Now I gotta get the $280 price tag past the Boss. =(
