33 round magazine legal in NJ?

Does anyone know if there is a restriction on owning a 33 round magazine for a G19 in NJ? Or did that died with the Clinton bill?

I believe NJ has a 15 round magazine limit that would NOT be affected by the expiration of the 1994 Federal AWB. You might check: www.packing.org or some NJ GTers might have more specific knowledge(for instance, if there is any grandfather clause for mags manufactured prior to a certain date).

Thanks for your reply, I will do some research on packing.org as well as contact a lawyer from njguns.com that should be more knowledgeable in NJ laws. I'm moving to NJ temporary and not sure if I should purchase one while still in PA.

yes, 15 rounds or less for NJ citizens. obviously, that's because NJ GTers have such good aim and don't need more rounds...;g
