View Full Version : printing the desktop
How do I do a current screen capture of the desktop?
Click on the PrintScrn/SysRq key (next to the F12 key).
This puts an image of whatever is on the screen into Windows' clipboard.
You can then run the Paint program (Start -> Accessories -> Paint) and select Edit then Paste.
You should see the image of your desktop in the Paint window.
Click File, Save As and give it a name.
You may want to save it as a JPEG if you will be emailing the image .
Hope this helps
