I haven't seen one of these threads in a while, so I figured what the heck.

Okay, how do I get a picture of my desktop? Sorry if it's been asked before. Actually, I'll go search now.

Click ALT + PRNT SCREEN to capture your desktop then paste it into an apporiate program. Save the image as a JPEG, JPG, etc then either host it or attach it ;)

I'll try this. I opened up my "Photo Impression" program, and it turns out it has screen capture available. That's my son and daughter getting pumpkins last fall.

Actually, my desktop and screen saver changes constantly, as the kids play with the computer all the time. My daughter Emily, who is 8, is especially good at navigating WinXP. That's my son Richard (9) on the right. He is one of those kids who can kick butt on computer games.

What are your settings on your Y'Z? I'd like to replicate the effect, but the program doesn't want to cooperate.

Here's my XP 'top.

Here's mine, on WinXP Pro. The desktop on my Linux box is constantly changing. I have it set up to pull a picture from a web cam on the Oregon Coast and change it every 15 mins. Since it is night it is pretty black right now.

10-04-2004, 14:07
Hmm - can't show ya mine b/c I use web shots and the actual wallpaper rotates on the hour. It also shows a nifty calender which I find handy. FWIW almost all of my wallpapers are fire apparatus with a few Fire Scenes mixed in.

I have a black 2003 MM and love it! I got those shots from the L/M website about a year ago and decided to use them as my desktop wallpaper. I have personal pictures of my MM but have been having trouble uploading them to GT today. I tried to post a picture of it in another thread in Cop Talk and it timed out of me 3 times!

I don't use my MM as my patrol vehicle, but I'd sure love to sometimes. The power is incredible!

If you want to see pictures, let me know. I'll send them to you.
