X-Ring Rubber Training Bullets?!

Gang,

Just ordered some X-Ring Rubber Training Bullets (at this link: http://dillonprecision.com/template/p.cfm?maj=63&min=3&dyn=1&) and going to try them out.

I understand I'll have to enlarge the primer hole and only use a primer (i.e. "no powder") - so it looks like practicing double-taps is out of the question - but was wondering if anybody else has used them?

I figured for a total investment of less than $10 and a little time I can at least practice drawing and getting a single shot off, or taking a single shot while on the move.

Any other good suggestions?

i have used them to do some IPSC training with my open gun. You are SOL on the second shot since it wont cycle the slide but they were good for draw and first shot. They are easy to load if you reload. I would just go through the primer stage and take them off the reloader. I didnt enlarge the primer hole. Also be careful b/c the still come out with quite a bit of power.
