I've not dealt with Kieslers. However, I am a big fan of CDNN. If your local FFL holder has a license on file with them, you can pay for your USP directly to them. They'll ship to him so that you can fill out the Federal 4473.

You'll have to call them to see what is in stock. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a police trade-in Sig P225. It arrived in better condition than I expected. They shipped it the same day that I ordered it!

Bugs N Bullets (http://www.bugsnbullets.com/) also has a reputation for good prices. Again, you will have to call.

I have purchased guns from Bachman at gun shows in Houston and would do so again. I have not purchased anything from either Bugs or McDonald.
