Guys, I need a holster for my HK USP-C .40. I posted in 'Carry Issues' but didn't get a response. I'm looking for a SOB to use for winter carry. The problem is, it is difficult to find holsters for HK's.

Kydex would be nice, but I have no problem with leather.

I like the look of this one.

I carry mine daily in a Galco SOB. It's adjustable for retention. I also carry sometime my P2000 in the same holster. It's an awesome in my opinion. I don't care for the Kydex/Kyvex. That plastic doesn't give the way leather does.

I like the look and the idea of the Galco. Quick release clips would be very nice. Being in Ohio, we have to keep the pistol in 'plain sight' while in a vehicle. That means that we have to remove/install a holster often. If I have a holster that is threaded onto my belt, that will be time consuming. I've tried a holster without a pistol while driving. The holster was smashed in a short time.

That is one of the reasons that I'd like Kydex, or a leather holster with clips.

The Ohio CCW law will get better, but it will take a while.

Since you have to keep it in the open, there's also Blade Tech. They make a SOB in Kydex. I was going to get one for my USP fullsize but figured it'd be too much.
