Grind the point off a syringe needle. Look around for a small dropper bottle, like the eye drops bottle shown above, then cut the top off the screw-on cap. If you're lucky the needle will fit the nozzle and the cap will seal the needle in place when the cap is screwed back on.
A needle applicator makes it easy to deliver the right amount of lube on just the right places.
