Why shouldn't mag issues be left in the Gun-Parts access forum?

Do it...

Ill second it, rename gunparts and access to Magazines and Accessories

Any gun part questions, really aren't many for Glocks should be part of the gunsmithing forum which could be renamed Parts and Gunsmithing.

NO MORE FORUMS, it has gotten out of control.

Why not?

Just add a sticky at the start with FAQ's on mags and that will answer 90% of the junk questions.

Seven votes counting mine, fourty three to go, come on Senior members don't let me down..............Best Idea is a sticky to handle the "How do I get the bottom off", and "How many will it hold questions".
Of course how many GT members read this group? I have the critics taking my post apart in General Glocking. This isn't "Bush Vs Kerry" but I sure need some votes. Thanks guys!

Magazines, whether it's availability or the ever changing follower design get a lot of coverage here. Maybe a separate forum is a good idea.

It sure would help when you are trying to find an answer to a question about magazines... stickies with frequently asked questions are a very good idea.

Thats two more giving us NINE.long way from fifty (50) votes needed. Where is everybody?

11-05-2004, 09:01
because I need to know who has them in stock now and ready for shipment. It's hard to believe that there has become such a shortage of standard capacity magazines at this point in time. They should have ramped production, several weeks before the ban ended. I'm a little perturbed at this.

Count me in.

I'll jump for the new forum.

Also have a question:

I just purchased some new Glock 19 15-round mags. How would I be able to tell if they are either Fully Metal Lined or Non-Fully Metal Lined?

Any input would be appreciated.

Count me in, what kind of magazines? Cars, Finance or...;a

Twelve in two days.....Geez glad the National Elections got a few more votes, we are being mocked in the General Glocking Forum, Ain't there any Democrats here? Vote early. Vote often?:)

I would go for a magazine specific forum. After all, the magazine is the most important part of any pistol. Plus there have been a ton of different Glock followers and several magazine generations. -- It could be very helpful when it comes to malfunction diagnoses

I count thirteen here and five up in General Glocking Thats eighteen way short of a new Forum.:(

There are too many forums already. If I have a question I don't want to ask it where very few people hang out, you'll never get an answer, or at least very few.

I run into this already, someone will ask a question and it gets moved to some obscure forum that nobody visits, therefore it never gets answered.

If you have a question about Glock mags, go to General Glocking.

If you have a question about Sig mags, go to Non-Glock firearms.
