Electronics tecnicians (GS-0856, WG-26XX) - Please help!

I served 22 years on active duty in the Air Force. I'm now retired and have been seeking federal employment as an electronics technician for almost 3 years now with no luck. If there are any ET's in this forum, maybe you could offer some good advice. Any and all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry about the double topic posts. I came back to the forum after I had posted the first topic and it was gone, so I posted it again, then the original showed back up. Who knows what's going on?
