looking for everyones input on where the cheapest ammo in that caliber would be.seems my wife gave me an early christmas gift i asked for,a lone wolf 357 sig barrel for my g35,and it seems this ammo runs more than 40 does.anyone know if cci has this in there blazer lineup?
Hi!
Look in the .357 Club.
On the Main page, ways down.
I don't CCI has it in the Blazer line, but they do offer it in the Lawman series.
I usually order my stash in bulk from www.natchezss.com every few months.
They currently have the following target and range ammo (all FMJ in 50 rd boxes):
- Remington UMC (yellow box) - $9.99
- Winchester white box - $11.75
- CCI Lawman - $13.86
- Federal American Eagle - $15.46
I have used all of these and have had pretty decent results. Some are cleaner than others, but none are bad. You can get reloads from various places (listed in the .357SIG forum here) cheaper. All the prices quoted above are factory loads.

You can get a case of 357SIG ammo from Georgia Arms for $159, or $85 for half a case.
Or you can order S&B or Ultramax ammo from places like www.sportsmansguide.com for often under $8 a box if you are a member.
I choose to use DoubleTap ammo because I bought a 357SIG for power, and they offer full power. http://www.doubletapammo.com
DoubleTap also has going for it the fact that the ammo/brass is all NEW and if you order 1000 rounds he pays the shipping. Between all that and the fact he answers my emails personally and quickly, I order from him.
Other than that, I reload my own. I have the press set up in the living room right now cranking out 357 SIG.
I've seen lots of aluminum case CCI Blazer .357sig cases laying on the ground at the range, But I think I read somewhere that they discontinued making them.
Nope, no more blazer in 357sig. I wouldn't recommend shooting S&B ammo. Cheapest 357sig is from Georgia Arms and its great stuff.
Georgia arms or Maine Cartridge Company 147 gr JHP from www.ammunitionstore.com (this is my favorite)

My personal experience...I will not buy any more S&B .357 Sig ammo. While I like S&B 9mm and .38/.357, I've had many failures to fire with .357 Sig in my Glocks.
