View Full Version : Best book on learning Win XP
Could someone recommend a good book to learn about Windows XP ?
I also need a heads-up on who's software is the best for making or copying CD's.
I'm in the dog house cause I can't answer the how-to questions about Win XP that came on the new comp for my grand-daughter's birthday.

usually on the magazine stand there is a windows XP book that will give you all the info you need.
My favorite source, more for dealing with XP than learning it is:
A friend of mine has this BOOK (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/073562044X/qid=1101781659/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl14/103-0660857-3457456?v=glance&s=books&n=507846)
I thought it was pretty decent too.
For burning/copying cd's, I like NERO (http://www.nero.com/us/index.html)
Thanks GT'ers for the help and advice. I'm on my way with the first two problems solved.
