Bmw F650

I've been considering getting a bike for commuting to work, and was looking at some used (97) BMW F650s for between $2500 and $3500. Any feedback on these bikes?

As far as I can tell, they're solid commuters. Slightly sporty in the handling and fairly lightweight. I was going to get the F650CS, but I've changed my mind and ordered the R1150R instead.

I'm sold on BMW's, went down to see the lastest Harley has, its the new store and has one of 2 of the V-Fods in the whole state.
