Night Sight Install

Is there a way to install Mep night sights in my 23 without a sight toll? If not who makes one that is not as expensive as the Glock sight pusher but will still do the job. And where can I buy It.

I purchased one from Top Glock. If I remember correctly I paid $65 delivered. It works great.
