Question for the .50 owners

Have any of you hunted with the .50 BMG soft points...? I'm just curious as to what it does since a .308 soft point has the potential to leave an exit would up to 13 inches in diameter on a man sized target. I'm really curious as to what a .50 would do with that much energy transferred to a soft target.

Have used mine every water-melon season since I've had it!! Does a heck of tune on those melons, not even any bones left behind!!!;f


Think the .50 is a little large for most game to say the least, but am sure somebody out there has popped some critter with one. The bullets big for sure, but think there is a point of diminishing returns on bullet expansion. So far all I've shot through mine have been full jacketed units, and seems that the bullet doesn't have to expand to yeild some pretty dramtic results on fruits, water jugs, soda cans and other small game objects.
