I'm looking for good place to book a hawg hunt this spring. This would be our first hawg hunt. I live in Indiana so we like to find a place a little closer than Texas for our first hunt.

Hope you have some reqestions. :)

Thanks ~ Dutch

Check out White Oak Exotic Hunting Preserve in Ohio: http://www.whiteoakhunting.com/

They have a lot of land, and it is a real hunt, not a baited shooting gallery. Here are some pictures of the hunt a friend and I went on last March: http://www.conlin.org/boar_hunt.htm

White Oaks looks like a good place for Hogs. It's certainly close to Indiana. Were the Folks at White Oaks easy to work with? I'd be interested in any do's and don'ts you may have to offer about hunting Hogs.

I enjoyed your pictures!!

Thanks ~ Dutch

Eddie and his wife, Sherri, were good folks to talk to, lots of experience in running that place. Eddie did great work mounting my (and my buddy's) boar. His taxidermy room is something you can walk around in for quite a while looking over all of his projects.

I'm no boar hunting expert, just did it the one time, but it was a blast, and I'll have to try it again. Do a search in this forum for boar and you'll find a bunch of threads on it.

There should be some wild hogs or feral pigs in Indiana to hunt - yeah?

If not, perhaps Tennesee?

I'm sure somewhere here in Indiana should have hogs but I don't know where. If you know somewhere I'd give it a look.... Right now White Oak in Ohio looks like a good option.
