View Full Version : Complete dis-assembly instructions
I do have a week old, new P225 also, where can I avail myself with a complete dis-assembly instructions.
For those fine folks who have had their Sig P2xx for a long time, how do you clean these pistols other than the regular slide-frame dis-assembly?
Thanks to all who pushed for a Sig Pistol Club..

I don't have the link because I'm not on my own PC today.
Post this question over at www.sigforum.com or search there and you'll find what you are looking for.
Then post it here. :)
It's not hard to do but you need punches and patience. It is also recommended that you replace the roll pins with new ones after disassembly.
Glocks are a breeze.
Just one thing...
Sig recommends replacing the roll-pin when it is taken out.
You may want to get a couple spares first.

Ditto above.
And those springs under the grips...whew!
Glocks are easy indeed to do a complete dis-assembly and that is why I love my G19 (15k rounds through it).
I wanted to know what Sigs can do, hence the subject of complete dissambly.
Many thanks,
Any more info on this?? I'd like some info aswell.
I went through Sigarms Armorer 3yrs ago. I also bought the AGI armorers video. The video is a lot better than there instructor ever was. I suggest you buy one of there videos or DVDs, then contact Sig for the parts you'll need.
