View Full Version : ?Anyone convert thier 33 to .40cal?
I was wondering what all was involved. Just looking at it, I think all that is needed is a barrel change. Am I right?

Thanks. Any suggestions as to barrel choices? Stock or some other?

Several aftermarket barrels available at varying prices and quality. Try a search here on GT. I believe that the stock Glock barrels are best overall for combination of fit, function, accuracy, and price.

Omega,
I just converted my G32/357 to a G23/40cal. I ordered a stock glock barrel from www.glockparts.com. EXCELLENT SERVICE, for a hundred bucks and a couple mags. ordered them on wednesday and had them in my mailbox on saturday...That is the best price I could find on the net and Great Service to boot
I had not problems with the drop in stock barrel or mags..:)

;z and also, in theory you CAN use the same mags, but after reading some threads here on GT who have had some problems using the same mags, I spent the extra bucks on some mags.. plus you can keep better track of your ammo that way
So a model 27 bbl and a couple mags for it will do the trick. No need for lighter springs or anything.
Thanks

No,
just a barrel and a couple mags and you are ready to go!!!
The G32 and 23 are the exact same gun except for the barrel and mags!! Mine works great:) No problems at all with the conversion!!!
