How (un)comfortable is hard armor?

Going to buy a Vanson Force jacket in a few weeks. I'm definitely getting armor for it but I don't know whether I want to go with the hard (GP) or soft (CE) armor.

I was hoping the local Vanson dealer would have samples for me to try on but I don't think it will happen. They are a very recent addition to the Vanson network so I doubt they'll have anything in stock for me to try.

Any opinions as to the comfort of hard armor are greatly appreciated. ;c

First off, Vanson is an excellent jacket! You're not going to notice a big difference with the soft or hard armor. It's fit to move with your body. The hard armor will feel a little tighter at first but as you wear your jacket in, it'll be just fine.
