O.K. now you have me worried that my gen 1 mod 22 is going to blow up if I put an after market 357 sig barrel on it. It was so close to being purchased.

I personally would not worry! But I am just stating that Glock only recommends shooting .357 with the reinforced frames.
The worst case senario, is that the front rails "might" pull out of the frame.
I never saw that happen.;9
