Love the gun not the finish

Just purchased a used Kimber Pro Carry HD in stainless. Happy so far. Shoots well. A joy to carry (Milt Sparks W6). Would like to have the frame Bobtailed (150 bucks ).

The frame is stainless but with a dull grey finish. I like the brighter satin look. Is this as simple as having the frame glass bead blasted or is there more to it? As always thanks for the help.

I think you will be happy with simple bead blasting... many places can do that work... check out pistolsmith .com... and ask for a recomendation.
