I was trying to find the point of this forum, and it seems to be nothing but one line responses and wisecracks from those with poor senses of humor to some schmuck posting a picture of a cheap gun. For some reason, most people on this site seem to think that any gun that costs less than $400 is a piece of crap. God forbid someone admit to not owning a Glock or an HK. Now, if any useful information was being disseminated on this forum, it might be worth the space to have it. Here, I have an idea, I am a self-proclaimed expert, so why don't I get online and make fun of anything that doesn't cost a fortune.
I saw a used Glock the other day, it cost less than four hundred dollars, so it is obviously inferior to the 1911 or any other god-awful expensive gun every other tactical expert and genius firearms trainer on this site owns and uses on a regular basis. I swear to God, I came looking for useful information, I found a bunch of seemingly twelve year old Rainbow Six addicts talking about guns. Thanks for nothing. See you later.

Wow you would think we held a Jennings to his head and forced him in here or something. ;)

What exactly did he expect when he came to the "Saturday Night Specials" forum?

I'm sure if anyone wanted to start a serious conversation on here about one of the "cheaper yet usually reliable and functional" guns he or she could get good advice.

Hey, got an idea for you......... stay with me here....... if you don't like the forum...... leave it. In all seriousness, I don't consider a pistol that costs less than 400 bucks a peice of crap. I am certainly not a self-proclaimed gun expert, far from it. It is just fun to gather around and have a couple gun jokes every now and then. No big deal, not downing anyone or their guns. I dont care if it costed 5 bucks, its a gun, so in my book, its accepted.

Aw c'mon now! Did you really think this forum (titled as it is) was going to include some ...ahem... high minded and methodical gun posts?

Where's the fun in that? ;f

If one line responses and wise cracks make a forum useless then we just ought to delete 95% of GlockTalk.

FWIW I got kids older than 12. They spend more time on the shooting range than they do playing Rainbow 6.

It's a first person shooter game based on Tom Clancy's book.
