Just encase anyone is on the look for some of the factory 10rd s40 mags. I did some research and USA STEYR has a few in stock. unfourtunately they are 30.00 a pop, but they do have some. 1-800-896-4867

there are a couple s40 mags on ebay right now...better price than $30 a pop so far...no idea what they will end up at.
