View Full Version : Sit-ups - cross-legged against the wall?
What the hell is it mean? Sorry, but I can't get it. Any picture or video with this exercise? Thank you in advance,

I dunno, maybe you're supposed to lie on your back, butt against the wall, and cross your legs?;9
Just my .02
These are great. I do crunches like this and it's nice and difficult.
You just lie on your back in front of a wall with your butt against the wall and your legs elevated vertically along the wall. It's as if your were sitting on the wall with your back leaning against the floor.
