abs roller?

just left walmart, i bought a abs roller. it was only 2 dollars!!! so i figured i would take a chance, if nothing good comes out of it....oh well its only 2 bucks. what exercises can i do with these things? and does anyone have any experience with them to tell me if they work?

Any exercise is better than nothing. That said there are no "Miracle" products that will do the work for you. Hard work and consistency is the key.
