Last fall I was purchasing a deer rifle for my wife. We where looking for a .270 and it came down to 2 rifles a Tikka with wood stocks or a Steyr with synthetic stock. I was a tough choice, we went with the Tikka, my wide liked the wood stock better.
After buying and shooting the s-9 I wish I had paid more attention to the Steyr.
