OK folks ,if I was to use a smaller front sight would the view of the target be better?
Do any of you guys agree with this ?
I'm just looking for ways to get better at the range and I try to get to the range around twice a week or should I just live with what I got ?

I love the Heinie Slant pro rear with a Dawson .100 F/O front. works great on my USPSA gun and soon to be on my carry G19.
Just waiting on Matt (Custom Glock Racing) to get them back in stock.
For me the stock sights are slow and the front sight is way too wide.

Skinny is good. Bigger light "bars" on the sides of the front sight makes for faster and more precise alignment.

The best thing is practice; I know someone who wins pistols with stock sights & 8# connector.
That said, I prefer Aro-Tek's plain black steel set for just target work (get 'em from Lonewolf), and have Heinie Slant Pro's (regular, not the "race cut") on my G21. But that's only for range target guns; for multi-purpose the Glock sights are fine. If you're just starting out, you can quickly spend the price of a case of ammo chasing sights. Master the Glock trigger and practice and maybe try someone else's guns with different sights first. :)
